Consider A Resolution Appointing Members To The Planning And Zoning Commission And Selecting A Chair.

BACKGROUND:
The terms of four seats on the Planning and Zoning Commission expire on October 31, 2016. One seat is also vacant. Council discussed new appointments and reappointments for these seats in a worksession on September 20, 2016.
A Chair for the Planning and Zoning Commission must also be selected. Attached is the 2016-2017 Planning and Zoning Commission roster, pending approval of the coinciding resolution.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff requests this resolution be passed appointing members to this board and selecting a Chair.
