Discuss Indian Creek Golf Course.

BACKGROUND:
Indian Creek Golf Course was closed May 28, 2015 due to flooding. An additional flood event on June 16, 2015 resulted in both courses remaining closed until the Lakes Course opened in April 2016. The Creek Course opened in August 2016. The purpose of this work session item is to review the operational revenues and expenditures, as well as capital costs, since reopening. There is a subsequent agenda item to consider a revenue share management contract for the ongoing operation and maintenance of both the Lakes and Creek Courses.
