BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a special use permit to allow a private school for grades K-12 with a maximum enrollment of 150 children.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On November 7, 2016 the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended APPROVAL of a special use permit for a private school with an added stipulation providing articulation and windows to the building façades. Since no public opposition was received and the request was unanimously recommended for approval, this item has been placed on the Public Hearing - Consent portion of the agenda.
