Title
Hold A Public Hearing And Consider A Resolution To Adopt The Program Year 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance And Evaluation Report On The Use Of Community Development Block Grant Funds.

Body
BACKGROUND:
This item is to receive public comment and consider action on the City's Program Year 2015 Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER). Federal regulations require the City to submit an annual performance and evaluation report on the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds within 90 days of the close of the program year.

Staff anticipates transmitting the final report to HUD in advance of the December 30, 2016 deadline.

The drafting and adoption of the CAPER is required for continued participation in the CDBG Program.
