BACKGROUND:
The Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for fiscal year ended September 30, 2016, has been completed and distributed to the City Council members. The Audit/Finance Committee of Council met directly with Grant Thornton LLP management representatives on January 26, 2017. The CAFR was electronically distributed to all the full Council on January 27, 2017.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Pass a resolution acknowledging receipt of the report.
