BACKGROUND:
This is the second of two required public hearings. The first public hearing was held on January 24, 2017. No comments were received at the first public hearing. The final approval and adoption date for annexation is February 28, 2017.
On January 10, 2017 City Council approved a resolution directing the development of a service plan, set public hearing dates and directed publication of said annexation.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends that City Council hold a public hearing. No action is required to be made on the ordinance until on or after February 28, 2017.
