BACKGROUND:
This is the first of two required public hearings. The second public hearing will be on October 24, 2017. The final approval and adoption date for the annexation ordinance is November 14, 2017.
On September 19, 2017 City Council approved a resolution directing the development of a service plan and set the public hearing dates.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends that City Council hold a public hearing on the proposed annexation. No action by City Council is required at this time.
