BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of an amendment to PD-91 to allow for indoor veterinarian services. The applicant is not changing the existing site plan, landscaping, or building facades and the site follows the development standards as currently approved in PD-91.

 

In 2008, PD-91 was amended to allow indoor veterinarian services on the adjacent property.

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

There are no financial implications on the current or future operating budgets regarding this request.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On December 6, 2018 the Planning and Zoning Commission unanimously recommended APPROVAL of the request.  There were no public comments received or presented at the public hearing. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
