Consider A Resolution Ratifying A Member To Serve On The Civil Service Commission.

BACKGROUND:
Civil Service Commissioner Donna Manchester is nearing the end of her first term. The City Manager is responsible for appointing members to the Civil Service Commission and as such, she has decided to re-appoint Commissioner Manchester.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
Staff recommends approval of the attached Resolution ratifying the appointment made by the City Manager.
