Consider An Ordinance Repealing Ordinance 3200 Regarding A Public/Private Agreement Incentive Program For Transit-Oriented Development.

BACKGROUND:

This item is an ordinance to repeal Ordinance No. 3200, which created the Public/Private Agreement Incentive Program in 2008 for transit-oriented development in the Transit Center Districts and in the TIRZ.

 

A companion case is on the agenda for a resolution to replace and re-establish the Public/Private Agreement Incentive Program to expand, improve and update the Program policies.

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

There are no financial implications on the current or future operating budgets regarding this request.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

Staff recommends City Council approval of an ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 3200.
