BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of an amendment to Special Use Permit No. 453 (SUP-453) to allow modifications to an approved site plan, including additional fuel pumps, for a gas station.  SUP-453 was approved on December 11, 2018.

The proposed convenience store (retail) portion of the development is allowed by right.

 

FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:

There are no financial implications on the current or future operating budgets regarding this request.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On March 5, 2020, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval of the request.
