BACKGROUND:

This is a request for approval of a special use permit to allow used automobile or light load truck sales in an approximately 220 square-foot sub-lease space located at 1445 MacArthur Drive, Suite 216.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On February 4, 2021, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with staff stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends approval and adoption of the ordinance.
