BACKGROUND:
The Planned Development zoning (PD-130) was established in 1992 for an approximately 7.2-acre tract consisting of the (LR-1) and (LR-2) Local Retail Districts.
The applicant proposes to amend the zoning to allow a “pet day care for grooming” business in a 900 square-foot suite in Tract 4 of the planned development district.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On October 5, 2023, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
