BACKGROUND:
This is a city-initiated request to remove the automatic expiration date of December 9, 2018, from the special conditions, restrictions, and regulations section of Special Use Permit 417 (SUP-417).
SUP-417 consists of two adjoining properties.
One public comment card was received in support.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On April 3, 2025, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended approval of the request with stipulations.
Staff recommends APPROVAL with stipulations.
The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
