BACKGROUND:
The applicant is requesting approval of a Special Use Permit to allow an amusement arcade (excluding adult arcade) at 2625 Old Denton Road, Suite 232.
The amusement arcade will consist of 57 arcade machines.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On January 4, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.
Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
