BACKGROUND:
This is a request for approval of a Special Use Permit to allow an amusement arcade (excluding adult arcade) at 2540 Old Denton Road Suite 308.
The amusement arcade will consist of 113 arcade machines.
FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS:
There are no financial implications on the current and future operating budgets regarding this request.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:
On September 5, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request with stipulations.
The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission. Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
