Hold a Public Hearing and Consider A Resolution Adopting the Program Year 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) One-Year Plan of Action and Budget In The Amount Of $872,716.00.

Body
BACKGROUND:
This agenda item is to hold a public hearing and receive comments on the proposed Program Year (PY) 2020 One-Year Plan of Action and Budget. The item also includes a proposed resolution to adopt this plan. On October 1, 2020, the City of Carrollton will receive $857,967 for PY 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds from the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). * $50,000 for the Emergency Repair Program;
* $10,000 for the People Helping People Program;
* $77,000 for Enhanced Code Enforcement in the CDBG Target Areas; and
* $10,000 for ongoing training of the Community Development staff.
