BACKGROUND:

The applicant’s request is to amend PD-132 to modify the conceptual plans and to revise the development standards to allow additional covered parking on the property.

 

Avenida Carrollton was approved by City Council on April 6, 2021, as a residential development consisting of multi-family, duplex and triplex units. The project is currently under construction.

 

STAFF RECOMMENDATION/ACTION DESIRED:

On March 7, 2024, the Planning and Zoning Commission recommended APPROVAL of the request. The attached ordinance reflects the action of the Commission.

 

Staff recommends APPROVAL and adoption of the ordinance.
